If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund. For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
If you try any clothing on and its not quite right or its not what you expected please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you.
Damaged and defective products can be returned or exchanged, free of charge. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.

Standard delivery to all EU countries is FREE on all orders over €70.
We charge €9.95 for standard delivery on orders under €70.
Standart delivery takes 7-21 days, depending on country You live.
For Express delivery we charge €19.95 and it takes 4-6 days. There is tracking number available for this type of delivery.

Items marked "In stock" we usually despatch next day. Items not in stock we usually despatch in 7-12 days. After order approvement, You will receive e-mail with details regarding despatch time of order.
